Answers to the Frequent Questions we get

Welcome! We understand that getting back into exercise after a break can be daunting, but our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or getting back into the groove, our instructors are trained to provide modifications and support that will help you feel comfortable and confident. Still unsure of where to start? Our Form and Flex formats are low impact options that will get your body moving!

Creating a Free Flow account is easy! You can download our app for Apple or Android, or visit us online.

Just yourself and a water bottle! At Free Flow Fitness, all equipment is provided! You’re encouraged to bring your own mat to Flow, or you can rent one for $10.

Comfortable fitness attire is best for all of our formats. You’ll also need athletic shoes for Fly and Freestyle!

Our friendly staff will greet you with a smile, check you in, and answer any questions you might have. You’ll get a quick tour of the studio, including where to find lockers to store your belongings. After your things are settled, your instructor will guide you to your spot and show you how to set up any equipment you'll need. Throughout the class, your instructor will provide modifications and support to help you feel confident and successful. Our community is welcoming and encouraging, so you'll feel motivated and supported the entire time!

We have clients who come every day and clients who come twice a week! Your ideal frequency is up to you and your body. If you are looking to see results, we recommend coming at least 2 or 3 times/week.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly – and we also want to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to attend our classes! If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 10 hours in advance. This allows us to open that spot to our waiting list. If you cancel within 10 hours of the class start time, a $15 fee will be applied to your account.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled class, a $20 no-show fee will be charged to your card on file. Of course, we know life happens and the unexpected can sneak up on you. If you have extenuating circumstances outside of your control, please email info@freeflowfitness.com to inquire about a waived fee.

All membership freeze require a minimum of 7 days notice. Membership freezes are processed in 30 day increments. If you would like to return to the studio before your membership reactivates, you may request to start your next billing cycle early, but we cannot prorate a freeze period of less than 30 days. The freeze fee is $15 for each 30-day period, charged at the start of your freeze.

While we’d love to let you into class late, it’s pretty disruptive to other clients – not to mention, you are much more injury-prone without a warmup! If you’re going to be late, just catch us next time.

We have lots of great choices! Our Intro Offer is perfect for new clients looking to check us out. You’ll get unlimited classes for one week for only $39! If you plan on coming to class more than 2x/week, become a VIP – it’s our unlimited membership! If you think 2x/week is about right, try our 8x/month membership.
