Form

Form is our low impact barre class that focuses on small movements that lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. Each Form class is set to motivating music in a supportive community atmosphere.

Fiit Form

FIIT Form combines all the moves you love from a traditional barre class (thighs, seat, arms, and abs) with feel good cardio! It’s a great addition to your fitness routine for weight loss, endurance, and cardiovascular health. You’ll also incorporate stretching and mobility work throughout class, which will leave you feeling strong and elongated.

Flex

No matter your fitness level, from beginners to daily movers, FLEX strength will rapidly transform your mind and body into an entirely new you! You don’t need heavy weights to improve your strength – FLEX uses light hand weights, light ankle weights, resistance bands, pilates balls and bodyweight to create long, lean muscles while being kind to your joints with fluid, low-impact movements. You’ll get a full body workout that’s fun and rewarding with energizing music to keep you motivated!

Flow

Flow yoga focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through a series of poses and breathing exercises. Each session includes a warm-up, a sequence of poses (asanas), and a cool-down with relaxation or meditation. The class is suitable for all levels and promotes physical and mental well-being in a calm, supportive environment. Please bring your own mat.

Fly

Fly is an exhilarating total body toning experience that incorporates rebounding exercises and combinations with explosive tabata-style intervals. A portion of the class is also dedicated to full-body strength training and core work so that your body is challenged to its max. Although this class is for all levels, the cardio is still intense, leaving you drenched in sweat and feeling so good! Athletic shoes required.

Foundations

Foundations is a mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body muscles, particularly the core. It's designed to improve your core strength and stability, increase flexibility and range of motion, and reduce back pain and injury with better body alignment. All equipment is provided!

Freestyle

Freestyle is a modern take on old-school aerobics with great music, easy to follow choreography, and a guaranteed good time! You will love the great beats, big sweat, and have so much fun you forget you’re working out! All levels welcome. Athletic shoes required.
